Whether from a remote rocky shore, a pristine beach or a boat in a sheltered bay, my carefully crafted holistic coaching approaches are key to maximising the experience for the swimmers, snorkellers and athletes in my care.

Beginning with my "soft start transition" to a learner centred philosophy in the water and my "integrated recovery" on dry land afterwards, my sessions consider cold conditioning strategies to mental preparedness and efficient movement expertise. 

My first instinct is to respond to individual needs and scaffold learning to empower the swimmer with the confidence and skills to take your wild swimming to the next level. A coaching or guided experience with me promises to immerse your senses in more ways than one.
